We highly encourage everyone to submit their RSVP on or before the deadline so we can properly prepare your table assignment and meal.

For guests who are unable to submit their RSVP, we will still do our best to accommodate you. A designated seating area in the bleachers will be available for unregistered or walk-in guests, subject to venue capacity.

Please note that unregistered guests will be served an individual food pack instead of the buffet meal provided for confirmed guests.

Guests who submit their RSVP on time will have a reserved table assignment and will be accommodated at the buffet area.

Guest registration will begin at 3:00 PM, while the main program will start promptly at 4:00 PM. We encourage everyone to arrive early to allow enough time for registration, seating, and photo opportunities before the program begins.

Yes. If you have successfully submitted your RSVP, please keep your confirmation or QR code accessible when you arrive. This will help our registration team quickly verify your attendance and table assignment.

Yes. Guests who successfully RSVP within the given deadline will have a designated table assignment based on the confirmed guest list. Please proceed to the registration area upon arrival to verify your table assignment.

Please bring only the guest/s indicated in your RSVP invitation or confirmed guest list. Because seating and catering arrangements are based on the final headcount, additional guests may not be guaranteed a reserved table or buffet meal. If you need to make changes to your guest list, please coordinate with the event team as early as possible.

No. This is an adults-only celebration, so please do not bring children. We appreciate your understanding as we follow the event's seating and catering arrangements.
